General shipping conditions
We typically ship within 2-3 days after your payment is cleared, but please allow up to 7 working days. During periods of high demand or market congestion, such as around the Christmas holidays, shipping delays may occur. If we are unable to ship your order within 7 working days, we will notify you.

Our primary shipping service is DPD ECONOMY via DPD, which includes a tracking number to monitor your order. Delivery times across the EU range from 3 to 9 working days, depending on your location.
