1. Return Period

You may return most items within:

• 14 days (EU Consumer Rights Directive)

2. Conditions for Return

Items must be returned:

• In unused or like-new condition

• With original packaging

• With all accessories, manuals, and extras

• Without scratches, dirt, or signs of heavy outdoor use

3. Items Not Eligible

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used coils with scratches

• Products damaged by misuse

• Modified or disassembled units

• Software-activated items (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

• Funds are returned to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

You may exchange for another model or product if:

• The original item is in perfect condition

• You cover the return shipping cost

6. Defective Products

If your item is defective within the warranty period:

• We repair or replace it

• You may be required to provide photos or video proof
