Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your DPD tracking number.
You can track your shipment at any time via the DPD tracking system.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

Damaged Packages:

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Take photos of the package and contents immediately
Keep all packaging
Contact us within 48 hours

We will assist you with a replacement or claim.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your DPD tracking number.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
If your order is still within this timeframe, it is likely in transit. If it’s delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

DPD does not deliver on most public holidays.
Orders placed during holidays are processed on the next available business day, which may slightly extend delivery time.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most European countries using DPD.
You can check availability by entering your delivery address at checkout. If shipping is available, the option will appear automatically.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

At the moment, we offer standard courier delivery only.
Delivery times depend on your location and typically range from 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
If you are unavailable, DPD may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time through DPD’s tracking system.
