Warranty Information

All products sold by RelicHunter include a minimum 2-year EU warranty, in compliance with European consumer protection laws.

1. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electronics issues

  • Coil failures

  • Internal component faults

  • Battery defects (brand-specific)



2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

Excluded from warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratched coils due to ground contact

  • Damage from misuse or water intrusion (if not waterproof)

  • Accidental drops or shock

  • Unauthorized repairs



3. Warranty Duration

  • 2 years for metal detectors and coils

  • 1 year for pinpointers (depending on brand)

  • 6–12 months for batteries and chargers (brand-specific)



4. Processing a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, email:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Serial number (if applicable)

  • Description of problem

  • Photos or videos

Most issues are resolved within 7–14 business days.



5. Repair or Replacement

Depending on the brand, warranty cases may result in:

  • Free repair

  • Replacement of defective part

  • Full replacement of product



6. Authorized Brands

RelicHunter is an official dealer for several brands. Warranty claims are processed directly with manufacturers where applicable.
